Our Story
I started out my career, similar to yours...went to beauty school to build a career. I soon found out that most of my earnings went to the owner of the salon. In order to grow my business I found that beauty salon rental suites allowed the hairdresser or nail tech to branch out on their own with very little risk or investment. In 1994, I purchased my first building which I converted to a Beauty Salon Rental Suite. Rental suites have the main equipment in them and the utilities as well as building maintenance included in the rent. You earn 100% of your commission and you just pay a small amount in rent.
